We are a ten-plus-year veteran-owned small business (VOSB) operating out of North Carolina and Ukraine, that help business and organizations leverage cloud computing and build custom automation solutions. We need you to increase our SDT capacity to develop and implement automated solutions for our clients and internal platform improvements.

What you'll do
- Communicate with clients on project vision and requirements.
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
- Oversee projects involving WordPress, Headless CMS, NextJS, ReactJS, Tailwind, and Server Side Rendering. Ensure the team is using these technologies effectively to deliver high-quality results.
- Managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work, leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work, and mentoring and developing team members.
- Work alongside other project managers and team leads to share learning and continuously improve, evolve, and mature the agile practice within the company.

- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Expertise in WordPress CMS architecture and management.
- Knowledge of Strapi, NextJS, ReactJS, Tailwind, and Server Side Rendering.
- Experience with GitHub for version control and tasks management. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP.
- High deep understanding level of modularization and reusability.
- Knowledge of HubSpot for customer relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage change, and generate a positive, productive work environment.
- This position requires excellent communication skills to work with clients at a high level.
