FAQ

Common questions.

How do I access my containers?

Every Rabbit deployment includes SSH access via ssh.rabbit.ci. Connect using ssh {site}.{environment}@ssh.rabbit.ci.

How are deployments handled?

Push to your repository and Rabbit handles the rest. The platform builds your Docker image, runs your test suite, deploys to staging, and promotes to production with zero downtime.

What happens during an incident?

Automated monitoring detects issues before you do. For critical incidents, we respond immediately with a real-time status update, a root cause analysis within 24 hours, and a postmortem with prevention steps.

Can you help with DNS and SSL?

Yes. Rabbit automates SSL certificate provisioning and renewal via AWS Certificate Manager. We handle DNS configuration, domain migrations, CloudFront distribution setup, and wildcard certificates.

Do you support government clients?

UDX is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). We deploy to AWS GovCloud, support FedRAMP-aligned configurations, and have delivered platforms for the VA, Lockheed Martin, and other federal agencies.

Is support ongoing or project-based?

Both. Most clients are on ongoing support plans that include infrastructure monitoring, security patches, deployment assistance, and priority response times. We also take on project-based work for migrations and new builds.
