Understanding and Implementing Google OAuth Login at UDX
When prompted to log in and you see an option to do so with Google, select that option. If there wasn't a SSO option, use your first@udx.io
email address to log in.
- First-time Users: If this is your first time logging into UDX, you can opt to proceed with a one-time code for the initial login. The steps for this are outlined below.
- Existing Users: If you are an existing user with a registered UDX account, log in as you typically would. When prompted, select "Sign in with Google". Do not use the normal Old UDX login options.

or if you are a contractor, it's first.last.ctr@usabilitydynamics.com
Managing multiple accounts can sometimes be challenging, but Google OAuth simplifies this process. If you have multiple accounts, it's essential to select the correct one for UDX, which will be your @udx.io
email. Here are some tips to ensure a smooth login process:
- Account Selection: Always choose your
@udx.io
email from the list of accounts. This email is your designated UDX account. - Account Sorting: Google OAuth remembers the last account you used and places it at the top of the list. If you have used a different account recently, make sure to manually find and select your
@udx.io
email. - Security Check: Regularly review your account security settings to ensure your account remains secure. Google OAuth leverages Google's robust security measures, but it's always good to perform routine checks.

Google OAuth is a secure and user-friendly method for logging into various platforms, including UDX. It offers several benefits over traditional login methods:
- Security: Google OAuth utilizes Google's robust security measures, including two-factor authentication, providing an additional layer of security to your account.
- Convenience: Google OAuth eliminates the need to remember another set of credentials, thereby simplifying the login process.
- Efficiency: Google OAuth reduces the time spent on password recovery and resets, thus increasing productivity.
By adopting Google OAuth, you are enhancing the security of your UDX account while simplifying your login process.
